Three events, three completely different briefs. What they share: every detail handled, and a client that came back.
The brief. Tres Finance was launching a subscription club for finance leaders. The event had to match the exclusivity of the audience: intimate, high-end, unmistakably premium.
The craft. While most brands in Cannes booked hotel ballrooms, we found a two Michelin star restaurant that looks like a French chateau, surrounded by manicured gardens. The entire kitchen brigade performed live show cooking for all 120 guests, with the two-star chef personally at the stoves. We had visited in advance to taste and select every course, calibrated so guests would leave energized for the afternoon sessions, not sluggish.
Delivered end to end. Venue sourcing and design, signage, staging and sound, the live Michelin dining experience, a dedicated podcast recording room built on site, photo and video crews, and advance menu testing across multiple visits. When the venue's internet didn't meet our standards, we brought our own Starlink to guarantee flawless connectivity.
"Our most outstanding event to date. It was the best event we've ever done, the perfect blend of venue, content, and experience."Tres Finance
The brief. A scattered global team needed a central meeting point: a stunning location that wouldn't break the budget in European summer, complete privacy, and a rhythm that let the team alternate between focused work and genuine downtime.
The craft. We recommended Montenegro precisely because September sits at the tail end of the season: lower prices, fewer crowds, and the Bay of Kotor at its most beautiful. A marina hotel with service far above its price point gave the team everything in one place: crystal-clear water, kayaks at the dock, spa and gym, and a spectacular backdrop for morning runs.
Designed around energy. Yoga and meditation opened each morning to prime the team for deep work. Afternoons rotated: a private boat trip through the bay, ancient vineyards with wine tastings, mountain hikes, go-karting. Every meal planned around healthy, energizing food. Airport transfers with someone physically waiting at arrivals. The brief to every attendee: arrive, and don't think about a single thing except your work and your teammates.
"For us, offsites are some of the most important moments of the year. Mesh handled everything end to end and allowed the team to focus fully on being present and connected."Delphi Digital
The brief. A large-scale retreat for the full company. We presented multiple destination options; 1inch chose Morocco.
The craft. Morocco is one of the hardest countries to produce events in: reliable information is scarce, scams are common, and without strong local contacts, logistics fall apart fast. Our first move was building a vetted network of local suppliers through multiple in-person meetings, selecting only partners who matched our standards.
The hardest day. Moving all 160 people to Marrakech for a day: two buses, walking tours, group activities, executed without a single incident. For the main base, a resort that solved the scale problem with built-in options: go-karts, laser tag, beach, surf, quads, paintball, plus a spectacular conference room. We designed a custom treasure hunt tied to the company's work and culture, and curated every meal for quality and dietary accessibility, a specific challenge in Morocco.
"They stand out for their proactivity, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to take on tasks of any level of complexity, even under tight deadlines. It is genuinely a pleasure to work with Mesh Events."1inch
